This is a half-day themed course MSP have commissioned will be delivered by a subject expert who has a focus on mental capacity.
Self-Neglect is prevalent across all areas in Manchester and Nationwide and is a common theme in many serious case reviews.
Please apply for this course if you work with adults in Manchester and need to understand issues around self-neglect and mental capacity assessments.
You need to have completed a basic awareness safeguarding course within the past 3 years to qualify for this course.
By attending this training, there is an expectation that all attendees agree to switch on their cameras when on Teams to allow for an engaging training session.
The aim of this course is to provide an awareness of Self-Neglect and take into consideration what the mental capacity act means in this context
